Purchasers of STATGRAPHICS are entitled to the following:

1. Free telephone support for the first 90 days after purchase of the software.

2. Free e-mail support for all users of the current version of STATGRAPHICS and for users of the previous version of STATGRAPHICS until one year after a new version has been released.

3. Maintenance agreements which entitle users to continued telephone support beyond the first 90 days as well as all upgrades to STATGRAPHICS during the life of the agreement may be purchased for an annual fee equal to 20% of the retail cost of the software.
